Golf
Here you have the highest concentration of quality golf in the Caribbean. You can play four par 72 Championship courses all designed by Robert Trent Jones Snr. The original East and West belong to Hyatt Dorado and are cut out of jungle and offer tight fairways bounded by trees and forest with many ocean holes. The highlight of the East course (6858 yards) is the renowned 13th hole, ranked by Jack Nicklaus as one of the top 10 holes in the world. It is a double dogleg that affords the strong player a reachable green in two shots - if he or she can cross two ponds to get there. On the West course ( 6665 yards), Robert Trent Jones built holes running in different directions, making the ever present breezes off the Atlantic a challenge to negotiate.
You have golf privileges on the North and South ( the longest at 7047 yds.), which belong to the adjacent Hyatt Cerromar, they feature wide fairways with well bunkered greens, lakes, water traps and tricky wind factors. Golf can also be arranged at other North Coast Championship courses.

Rooms:
Standard, 2 double beds or 1 king bed, golf view room. Maximum 4 adults.
Golf View, 2 double beds or 1 king bed, rooms are located in the two and three story buildings overlooking the west golf course neat the main lobby. Upper level rooms have balconies and ground floor rooms have patio. Maximum 4 adults.
Ocean View, rooms are located in the Terrace Wing. All rooms have 1 king size bed or 2 double beds with balconies overlooking the main pool with views of the ocean. Maximum 4 adults.
Beachfront Rooms: are located to the east and west of the main building facing the ocean. All buildings are two stories comprising either ground level or upper level rooms. *Beachfront Ground, 2 double beds with day bed and patio on the beach. Maximum occupancy in the beachfront ground category is 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. *Beachfront Upper, 1 king bed with day bed and balcony overlooking the beach. Maximum occupancy in the beachfront upper category 4 adults or 2 adults 2 children.
Su Casa Cottages: The guestrooms will be decorated in a traditional motif utilizing rich dark woods, terracotta tiles, and contemporary Spanish fabrics, accentuated with colorful throw pillows and highlighted by an overstuffed duvet on a pedestal bed.  The room layout will divide the sleeping area from a small living room; with a sofa bed, lounge chair, coffee and end tables all harmonized by selected pieces of unique artwork.  The bathroom will consist of his and her sinks, a Spanish tile shower with combination bath and the second level features skylight baths, with all rooms having a separate water closet area including a second phone. A combination of double and king bedded rooms will be on both the upper and lower floors, having availability of connecting and adjoining accommodations. A balcony and/or patio with a table and chairs, as well as a lounge chair are only a step or a view away from your private Su Casa beach surrounded by waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
Regency Casita, rooms are located near the main building between the beach and the main pool. Each king bedded casita has a private lawn, large room with sitting area, ceiling fan and shower with skylight. Maximum 2 adults with 1 child.
Casita Dorado (only 1 available) Located on ocean, wet bar, fridge. Two bedrooms 1 king and 2 doubles. Room amenities include coffeemaker, television, air conditioning, in room safe, hairdryers, iron/ironing board, mini-bar, am/fm alarm clock radio, individual climate control.

Beach Bohio Bar and Grill, There's no need to leave our beach or pool paradise to enjoy lunch at the Hyatt Dorado Beach. At the beach grill you can enjoy hamburger, hot-dogs, sandwiches, our famous Coco Loco drink and much more. Lunch served daily from 11:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Bar open 11:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Ocean Terrace Cafe, Enjoy the soothing sea breeze, while having breakfast or lunch on this open terrace facing the Atlantic Ocean. Breakfast buffet from 7:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. A la carte breakfast from 7:00 a.m.-12:00 noon. Lunch from 12:00 noon-4:00 p.m.
The Golf Clubhouse and Bar, located in the Beach overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Come for lunch just before tee-off or a let’s celebrate that Hole-in-one Cocktail. Lunch is served from 11:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.  Cocktails from 11:00 a.m. It also opens for dinner on Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 p.m. -9:30 p.m. join us for Al Fresco dining in the balcony or indoor dining under the stars. Our creatively designed menu features items from "La Sardinera Bay" or from "La Finca"; truly a unique experience. If you have enjoyed our Cuisine and service during lunch, we think you will be pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere at dinner. Surf Room, Every dinner charms and delights the palate with its excellence and variety. Enjoy superb continental dishes in the tiered three-level Surf room, overlooking the breaking surf. Su Casa Restaurant, Nothing personifies the charm of the Hyatt Dorado Beach better that Su Casa. This old oceanfront Hacienda, with its red tile roof, graceful staircases and courtyard, serves the finest tradition in Spanish/Puerto Rican Cuisine. Dining verandahs and Spanish-style rooms create an ambiance that is a gourmet’s dream, add the romantic delight of strolling musicians, candlelight and the lyric sounds of the coqui, Puerto Rico’s tiny singing frogs, for an unforgettable evening. El Catador, Wine Cellar is one of the latest additions to the Hyatt Dorado Beach’s dining experience. Offering a private dining experience within the Surf Room Restaurant lobby, "El Catador" is the perfect place to conduct any special event, from a business lunch or dinner, to a memorable family reunion. This cozy room is ideal for groups of no more that eight people. "El Catador’s" ambiance and décor is reminiscent of a local turn of the century mansion’s wine cellar.
In room dining, Conveniently available from 6:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m. Our impeccable in-room dining is a perfect way to start a busy day, indulge in a late night snack, or just dine in the privacy of your
room balcony. For your convenience an in-room servi-bar is complete with a variety of snacks and beverages. Inventories are taken on a daily basis and the appropriate charges will appear our guest room account.
